Complete application online; Submit 3-5 minute video as though you are communicating with an audience; individual virtual interview with teaching topics; panel interview; in person 3 day training; implement improvements as instructed

There are three rounds of interviews. 1- you need to submit a 5min video of you introducing yourself to a class of students 2- you are sent questions from the ACT before the 2nd interview and have to be prepared to teach those questions during the interview 3- a group virtual interview with other candidates 4- if you make it to this round, you attend a 3 day inperson training to go through what you will be teaching if you are hired.
