Easy interview, asked a few questions about customer service, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork etc, told I got the job on the spot. Overall a pleasant interview was more like a chat style with a few questions

Spoke about the staff environment and ask questions at the end to seem more interested. Really easy no need to be nervous like I was and it’s really chill. THEN BE asked to come for an induction if you passed
