An initial call, followed by a 45-minute interview with the Engineering Manager, set the stage. Then, the final step consisted of three sessions with three different people—two Q/A sessions and one live coding session. However, it was a complete disaster! One Q/A session and the live coding session actually did't took place because those two of the interviewers didn’t even show up. HR (Derek) failed to notify me about this in advance, and when questioned, he casually brushed it off by saying, "Since we first spoke a week ago you have interviewed with two team members, so I do not believe there is an issue with the speed." And after a few days, I received the decline letter without any attempts to rescheduling. This experience was utterly disappointing. I will not be applying to this company ever again!
