Pretty easy and straightforward. Had an in-person interview with generic questions (including behavioural interview questions). Then, since I was applying to be a math and chemistry tutor, I had to write a skills test for math and chemistry.

Smooth process, one interview then was hired as a high school student. Had a resume with not much experience, but mentioned that I want to gain experience by teaching my knowledge for younger students.
