Colloquio
First phase was an online video interview. You are supposed to answer five pre-recorded questions. They were:
Describe a time you had to handle multiple tasks.
What strengths will you bring to the company?
What is your GPA?
What is your work authorization situation?
Second phase was an online coding challenge and some math questions. Had to pick 2 languages from 5 for the coding challenge. Picked C++ and Matlab.
C++ questions were all about object oriented programming: classes and class inheritance. Matlab functions were more focused on programming functions and implementing a C++ code in Matlab.
A coding challenge question was rearrange the letters of a word to get an alphabetically larger string (C++).
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
