The process was really smooth with everything on time. Not much preparation was required and as a candidate one needed to be confident. Just prepare for basic questions that every interview has.

Strength, Weakness, Why Mathworks, What do you know about the role
OA, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round asked me a few behavioral and walk me through your solution to one of the OA problems. I got cut after the first round. Interviewer seemed disinterested.

The interview process was very pleasant and welcoming. The team was professional, approachable and made the experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. There were no unexpected or overly difficult questions, just a smooth and engaging conversation
