Applied through their website, and got call for a HR video interview within 5 days.They said to take the HR video interview within 2 weeks.
They give you time to prepare for each question - around 10-20 seconds. Fairly easy interview.

Why does this role interest you? About background?
Visa status and sponsorship in future?
Give an instance where there was team building etc.
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
