The whole process is online and barely interacting. Don't worry too much about this. Questions are: 1. Why this position interests you? 2. What about your experiences makes you fit for this position? 3. Give an example how you tackled with multiple responsibilities? 4. Eligible to work in US without restrictions? Need sponsorship now or in the future? On a student visa now? When will the OPT start? 5. What is your cumulative GPA?

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
