The VO goes around 4 hours. One round of technical interview, one round of interview with manager and one round of interview with hr. Everyone is super nice and salary is competitive.

What is your career plan? What you value most in your last work position?
The recruiter that reviewed my resume was skeptical that it was true. They made an offer to me that matched my salary ten years ago when I graduated from college. This place has absolutely the worst recruiters that I've ever had to deal with in my entire career.
Don't feel bad if you don't get into this place, you probably dodged a huge mistake. It reeks of mediocrity.
