I got a recruiter interview call 6 months after applying. The recruiter sent over technical questions via email that I answered. Then, I had a screening call was ghosted after being told the hiring manager would reach out to schedule an interview.
It took 2 months to hear back after I submitted my application. I interviewed with the hiring manager, only to be ghosted for weeks, never receiving any follow-up acceptance or rejection.
