Fairly good and straightforward. Interview is done with a customer success manager that overlooks the particular region you are applying from. Interview was more likely to be informal, like just a bit more than a casual meetup.

What do you think about Matlab when compared to programming languages like Python etc.?
Phone call where the job requirement related questions are asked quite superficially. Logistics of the job are discussed, such as if you can make events at your university, can you book rooms for the events, can you carry and distribute the merchandise etc.
