I inquired for a possible position after a friend of mine who worked at the center informed me about a an employee leaving. After initial email communication, I came in for an interview. Mostly behavioral style questions. How would you handle certain situations kind of questions. After that, there was a fairly simple math proficiency exam. Basic arithmetic all the way up to geometric proofs and a bit of algebra 2 stuff.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
Submitted resume online and had an interview call with the owner of the place. Asked questions about why you want to work here and if you have prior tutoring or teaching experience. Then took a math test to see your aptitute and skills.
