You walk in and they greet you. You talk to them about the times that you are available to tutor. Then, you take a test which is on basic math skills. You should know your math up to integrated algebra (9th grade stuff). If you did well on the test they will call you back within a few weeks to start.
Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
