Direct interview. Ask about subject only . You have to have pure .net knowledge.and they also want to hire mostly womeb. They keep on saying that we are women based company.

Company is not punctual at all and has a very casual attitude. It was an on campus drive for hiring freshers and went for 5 days. The company called the students and kept them waiting for whole day and even after that scheduled the interview for next day which too didn't complete properly. Moreover, The interview questions were not at all based on what the company needed.
