They call me first on the phone and 2 days after ask me to go to the office and do a test and meet the HRs too. After that was the final interview over Skype. The process was fast.

They are mainly asking you questions they need to know - about your previous experience and some personal one (maybe to decide if you are going to fit the team). Makes you feel comfortable without any bad surprises during the interview.
