Colloquio
I started with a phone interview where they asked about my professional experience. Second interview was at their office where the managers were trying to get to know me as well as my technical experience. I then had one more phone interview with someone at the head office. Everyone was friendly and really wanted to get to know me as a person on top of my skillset to ensure I was the right fit for the company. I really enjoyed the conversations with everyone - they all seem to love the company which really shows how much the company values its people.
Thank you for the review! Yes our philosophy is that we have more than one person interview the candidate and more than one interview. We feel that it not only gives us a well rounded idea of the candidate (as different people pick up on different things), but we feel it also gives the candidate a better idea of their expectations and the people they would be working with.
