By far, the most shocking result from an interview process. A recruiter from a staffing agency reached out and I was asked to complete a Hirevue interview which I was told I did great with, my next interview was with the head of the team, I was later told by recruiter that they liked me so much , they wanted me to interview for a permanent higher level position with higher pay, I got to the interview and was flat out told that I was a good fit but he wasn't in a position to train me and wanted someone with more experience for this entry level job and that he would tell my original interviewer to continue with the first position. They told my recruiter they would get back to him, then ghosted us both. Extremely unprofessional, It was a waste of time.
