The interview process started with a phone interview with the HR Recruiter. I was determined to have sound transferable skills and my information was forward to the hiring manager. I was asked to to come in for an in person interview with two department managers, one product line manager, and one director. After this that selection, I was asked to come in for a final interview with the VP. The candidate selections were made after that.
