Application is completed online then if selected there is a web interview then that is followed by a one on one in person interview. Its pretty standard as far as most processes go however the extra web interview felt unnecessary.

Multiple interviews good people was a longer process than it should have been. Was easy but long. Started with phone interview and ended with a round table interview I think
