There was a phone and one on one interview. They seem to be looking for people who want to work hard and take ownership of their careers. I was encouraged to ask questions and all of my questions were answered.

Fairly standard interview process and basic questions - they are very interested in your career goals and ability to sell. However, the interviewer didn't seem very interested, even though I was the only person there interviewing at the time.

The interview was easy. They make you feel comfortable just to get rid or any nervousness you may have . Then you begin getting to know each other. You will have a test during the interview, but it's easy.
