Phone and quick meeting in store. Really more of a conversation than interview. Was hired on the spot and given store codes and handbook. Easiest interviews I ever encountered. They were anxious to get me started.

It was easy, they are in need of good people. I'd been working in the industry for another company and was referred by a friend. It was short, and they said I could make upwards of 60K(not true). I was asked a few questions about my current employer, although my friends had already said I was a good salesperson.
