Process
First round telephonic mostly around experience, little bit of technical and google analytics on measurement of success of features.
Then face to face in mumbai office.
Whole day process interviews (~6 rounds) with VP Tech , Product Head, CFO of people group - Badri, Sales lead, HR round.
They push on all aspects of product management. They pay a lot of attention on how you measure success of feature and how you prioritize product. They also ask how sound are you in technical aspects of your stream.
One interview may give a case study, other may enquire on general trends in industry and what all type of products can be made to grow business etc.
I appeared for interview and they promised to pay for travel and reimbursement from Delhi to Mumbai. I cleared this before appearing for interview and traveling.
HR suggested all will be paid off, but later they refused to pay even after multiple reminders. Called at least 10 times and they stopped taking mobile calls, when called from landline she will say they will soon give back but they never reimburse.
Its been almost 4 months now.
Its not just about money, if a company can cheat and lie once they may do in future as well.
So just dont reply on them.
