Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.

It was good, easy interview and nice people to be around it seems. Very well prepared and thoughtful throughout the interview process and through out the offer stages. Took job and enjoyed it
It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.
