About a month after I applied, I received an email to have a teams video interview with the Recruiter. She knew more about the company than the position. Two days after that interview, I was invited to a teams video interview with the Senior Textile Designer and Director. In that interview, I was asked to complete a small print design project where they ask you to create artwork similar to specific garments online. They gave me a few days to complete the project, then asked for it to be emailed to them.
