I submitted an online resume for a position. I was contacted the next day to set up a 15-minute initial phone interview. The person only took 10. She said that details would be forwarded to an account manager. No further contact afterwards. During Covid, I'm doubtful that agencies have many job openings, perhaps just collecting resumes right now. I may have better idea whether there's really a job opening.
