Recruitment process consisted of four rounds of Aptitude, GD, Technical interview and HR each.
Online Aptitude test had 3 sections- Logical, Current affairs, psychometric questions and Domain based questions and also a Written Ability test. Duration- 1hr
Group Discussion was mostly based on abstract topics to avoid ambiguity among students.
Technical interview was not much in depth, but surfaced over basic programming and core subjects. They were ready to recruit even those who lacked skills but were ready to learn with their training.
Personal HR was quite simple and they ensured to know about your interest in working for the company and agreeing to their norms.
