I applied online and received a call that same day.
There was one phone interview for about 30 minutes.
A week later the president of the company at the time flew in to meet me for an interview.
A couple of days later I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager.
The following day (it was a Thursday) the made me an offer.
I accepted and started to work that Monday.
It was an important location for the company (volume wise) at the time and that location was understaffed and without a Store Manager. This prob caused the entire process to be so quick.

Interview with Regional then if it goes well you'll then have a skype interview with CEO, overall it was more of a personality mix. The Skype interview was more of a conversation versus job interview there was less interview questions and more questions of entertainment like where's a good place to enjoy a steak?
