I was contacted by a recruiter. The phone interview went well but the coding test is completely flawed! There was one question that had an incorrect/invalid ICD 10 code in the question and other questions were worded in ways that you’d have to query the provider for clarification to know how to code it at all. I failed twice trying this test because of this when any other coding tests at other employers I’ve worked I’ve always passed with high accuracy rates. I gave feedback that they need to review their coding tests and correct the issues I found.
