There are two rounds of interviews. The first one is in-office with a couple people. The second is with someone higher up via Teams. There are quite a bit of psychology based questions, but even more so in the second interview. Both interviews gave me a sense that Maxim expects to spend a lot of time with you outside of work, so you need to be honest with yourself and think about how comfortable you are with this. In both interviews they mention different outings they might have and your comfort level with them. In the second interview, it was even more so. Some of the questions bordered on being unprofessional. Both interviews included them asking me if I had family in the same town and where they actually resided. Both interviews involved them sharing a lot about themselves, including marriage and kids. Both interviews seem very easy going, there is a lot of laughter. This may be a trap in your second interview. Remember to remain professional and don’t forget this is still an interview. Don’t let your guard down. This is a test. Both interviews were about an hour. You also may be asked to do a pit sit during the first interview. Remember that even if they ask a silly sounding or innocent sounding question, it has a purpose. Be professional.
