Interview process was pretty standard. There was a first and second interview, as well as what is called a "pit sit" where the applicant spends a specified amount of time in the branch learning day to day operations and to get a feel for whether or not they would be a good fit for the position. The pit sit is an evaluation process for both the applicant as well as the employer.

There are multiple rounds of interviews for all positions at Maxim. You most likely will interview with the office level manager in person, be asked for a "pit sit" which you will be interview by every member of the office either one on one or in a group, then move on to area level management. This interview could be via phone or in person depending upon which office to which you are applying.
