The interview process was relatively straight-forward: first round consisted of a one-on-one discussion with the accounts manager of the office during which we did not speak much about the actual position or responsibilities very specifically, but more about the Maxim company as a whole and its philosophies. For the second round interview, they have you do what they call a "pit sit" which is where you get a chance to sit with the current recruiters for an hour or so and get to see first-hand what the day-to-day activities are like which was very helpful. The third round was an over the phone interview with the regional manager and was relatively conversational.

For me, the most difficult question was my future career goals with Maxim, seeing as I had originally applied to the position as a kick-starter job.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Maxim Healthcare (Sacramento, CA)
Colloquio
Had a few rounds of interviews starting with phone, then two in person one with a panel, and finally one virtual. Each interview was a combination of experience and behavioral questions.
Phone screen, interview with manager, shadow for position, interview with area manager . Lots of steps for an entry level position. Lots of repetitiveness and same questions ask. Seems pretty redundant

Tell me about a time when you had multiple tasks to juggle at the same time. How did you balance getting these tasks completed
pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you'd be able to do the work and what your experience is like and whatnot. it's not stressful or intimidating at all.
