Colloquio
They cold contacted me through indeed to which I got an email allowing me to accept or decline their contact attempt.
Was scheduled for a 1-1 interview with the operations manager.
It was fairly evident they have a SOP for interviews and they are not very well trained in conducting interviews ironically.

Colloquio
First was a phone conversation with the regional recruiter. He asked me about my work background, my education, and what I already knew about the position. As long as you can hold a conversation this call should not be a problem. Next came a face to face with the local branch manager and his senior recruiter of that office. We talked about my prior work experience and how it related to this job. I could tell he wanted me to correlate my past experiences with what I was to do at this job. In this position, you work very closely with a small group of people. I knew that I had to show a little more of my friendly personality so I could mesh well with him and the team. I had to sell them on me. Once you've 'passed', next comes the final interview. The final interview will either be over the phone or face to face with the Area VP. My experience was face to face as he happened to be visiting the office. This was by far the easiest step. I could tell he just wanted to meet me and make sure I wasn't a terrible fit. The decision was made on the last interview on whether or not they were going to move forward with me. Final interview lasted all but 10 minutes. Previous interview was about 2 hours as I was introduced to the office and met individually with each of them.
