2 phone calls and then a final in person interview. It was a well set up day where we got a lunch and met many team members. It consisted of three 45 minute interviews. I got unlucky and got a guy who asked TONS of technical questions. I felt as if it was unfair because several other candidates where not asked technicals.

Phone interview with 2 team members to start, then they flew me out for in-person interviews later. During the in-person interview, I met with 4 different people across various functions of the business.

It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. For example, tell me how increased capital expenditures affect the financial statements? And tell me about a time when you had to improvise at work?
