I have applied online, after one month I received an email from HR. The HR asked the exact date for the interview. Firstly I was interviewed by an Indian person, he asked very basic things related to my current job profile and educational qualification.
I was interviewed by a US person. The US person took a long interview which almost 1.40hrs long. In details of my experience and project that I did during my courses.

Colloquio
Four rounds of interview. Two rounds of interview were with senior engineers and these were technical interview. This was followed by interview with Engineering manager.
Once technical round was done, an interview with HR manager was scheduled.
