Got a phone call because they had my resume in their database. First there was a 10 minute phone call, followed by an onsite interview (2 hours). A very straightforward phone call and onsite interview - asked very basic EE questions, because apparently, a lot of candidates cannot answer those simple questions, so it needed to be asked.
