Started with an initial screening via recruiter. Went in for a f2f twice. The recruiter was very helpful and was available for support. Normal industry questions, no softballs, but nothing crazy with the approach. They never asked the easy one such as what are your strength and weaknesses etc. They were more focused on skill set.
