Started with an 1:1 on campus interview with strictly behavior questions like "tell me about a time when your integrity was compromised" or "what qualities do you look for in a supervisor?" A few weeks later I was flown into their headquarters in Reston, Virginia where I went through 3 one on one interviews with people from different departments to see where I best fit in. One department seemed to really like me, but I was told a week later that I was the first alternate for the position.
Couple rounds.
Took a long time in between rounds.
Never reached back out after presumably the last round
First round was with a recruiter and second was with 2 managers, who I would have be working with directly
Application Submission- > 1st inerview (via online) -> 2nd interview (face to face) -> evaluation-> final notice, It was normal process and they were kind and shows respect to every candidates.

Very light and relaxed. Felt like a conversation! Be ready to ask as many questions as you are asked to keep the conversation going. Also, there were two rounds for my position.
