It was a over-the-phone interview with basic customer service related questions. None of the questions caught me my surprise. The questions were very typical and predictable. I wouldnt mind doing the process all over again.

Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
