Walk in interviews, Test of typing skills on keyboard, easy interview. If you showed up you basically got hired. Got to look around the site and meet the human resource department.
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.
