Just a meet and greet with training info. Then started training on specified date. Training was for four weeks
and then you go live in the call center. Training helped some but better learning from hands on.

Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
