Colloquio
This was a panel interview. The questions were easy as they were based information contained on my resume. No off-the-wall psychological questions. No "tell us about a time when ..." However, the panel did seem hurried and at times come off as disinterested in the review process. Perhaps they are jaded from having to do so many?

Expand on this project (an item on my resume). Like I said, no hard-balling here.
Four part interview process for a mid entry role--mostly behavioral questions. For a company that has a high-turnover rate, I'm not surprised that their hiring process is outdated and inefficient; they have no respect for the individual. Not worth wasting your time interviewing four times for a company that churns it's employees and spits them out. Save the headache, you're better off working for their competitor instead.
An ideal interview process fair, efficient, informative, and candidate-centric, aiming to accurately assess skills and cultural fit while providing a positive experience for everyone involved. Here's a breakdown of its key stages and characteristics

Colloquio
from first contact with the recruiter to the day of the offer it was about 6 weeks long. 2 interviews. one with the hiring manager and then one with team members i would work with. ultimately turned down because of the time frame(accepted a different offer) and because when i applied the job was listed as remote, it was different on my offer letter so i inquired and was told i would come in the office on an “as needed basis”. i didn’t like the openness of as needed basis
