The job interview is through Zoom conference with all other applicants, they explained basically the same as the job offer posted and we had to sign the docs for the job offer right there. So it’s pretty quick process.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
