Il processo di colloquio è stato abbastanza veloce. L'HR invece di scrivermi una mail o un messaggio per contattarmi per fissare un colloquio mi ha chiamato sul cellulare in orario di lavoro senza lasciare un messaggio su chi fosse per ricontattarlo. Alla fine mi ha scritto su whatsApp, già da questo dove capire la poca professionalità. Ho fatto una banale video call di mezz'ora dove forse ho avuto io più esigenze e informazioni da richiedere che loro (secondo campanello d'allarme che non ho colto) ed il giorno dopo mi hanno scritto che ero stata selezionata e mi avrebbero inviato l'offerta.

The interview was good and very technical questions regarding my past experience and how my past connects with the role i am applying. they were very nice and every question would consist of two to three phases. So i find it quite difficult to remember every part of the question and they were helpful in repeating question to me again.

it was an online video call interview right after applying in indeed. The interview was flexible as to when I would have liked to attend it. after which a job offer was made without further interviews. The person interviewing me knew less about the job than I, and seemed uninterested in actually doing an interview. This kind of environment is completely unsuitable for me.
