Had a phone call and then interview for the role. Interview process was good and within a suitable time frame. Nothing too difficult in the interview and didn't feel too intrusive.
Interview was unprofessional. There were many distractions. I could not hear the interviewer due to connection issues. Never received a rejection or any type of follow up. Saw the job get reposted a few days later.
