Meet with the branch manager then the senior recruiters then owners. I met with other team members too. I was able to get various points of views from the seniors to the newer team members. i was able to understand the process, benefits, compensation, and culture. What I liked most about the interview was getting to sit with the senior recruiter for 30 minutes and watch her work. Gave me a better idea of what all is involved in recruiting.
