1. Online application
2. Online assessment (work interest/behaviour)
3. You will get invited to attend a series of online sharing session. Topics varying including sharing of experiences by current apprentices and so on.
4. Attend a digital challenge via Zoom where various assessments are conducted include games by team (memory, language, coordination, expression), IQ test, trade test, proposal... During the proposal session, you are required to propose a solution in 1 minute based on the scenario given, there will be an assessor to comment on your solution. Be aware that the assessor can be really harsh on quiet candidates and attack them (purposely challenged). Like during the games, a candidate answer more questions correctly, and the assessor asked what's the candidate's background. I think this is really unprofessional and for an assessor as this act made other candidates feel bad about themselves, in addition, as an assessor, he/she should have the background information of every candidates that he/she need to assess, what's the point of asking that during the assessment? I hope the assessor can be respectful to all candidates.
