Lots of situational questions. They read from a predetermined list of questions. A lot of "describe a time when..." type questions. Be prepared with many specific stories or examples from your previous work experience. Most interviews are group or panel interviews.

Very disrespectful process. Multiple rounds of interviews (which are not the problem). Team asked for availability a week in advance only to ghost you and call in the morning to ask if the interview can be done the same day because that is the only option. The interviewers were nice and seemed enthusiastic , however even after the final interview round, not only did they not respond to my request for an update (x2) , but did not even bother to send a generic rejection email. Waste of time.

I ended up not getting the job, but the interview process was good. Communication was good. Interview questions seemed like they were scripted so they were fair across the board.

The interview process was very comprehensive consisting of a pre-screen by a recruiter followed by multiple 1x1 interviews and finally a panel interview of three people that would become my peers. The topics varied but mostly focused on personality and cultural fit more than technical skills or capabilities.
