The interview consisted of all behavioral questions. After the info session you're invited for an interview with some of their top financial advisors who then asks you behavioral questions. The second round is more about your ability to brainstorm potential clients to reach out to once you start with them.

When was a time you faced a conflict and how did you resolve it.
One initial phone call and then a final interview with the VP. All friendly people and standard interview questions. I would recommend learning about McAdam prior to both the initial call and final interview. Bring questions
Three rounds of interviews, was asked to prepare a natural market list for the final one. All very well-run, more conversational rather than questioning, and the interviewers were very nice and more than happy to answer questions I had
