Was flown to Phoenix after 2 rounds of phone interviews for college recruiting. Did 6 different 15 minute interviews once I got there. Very fast paced short interviews. Asked a whole bunch of questions.

Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
