1st interview over the phone with a recruiter, lasted about 20 minutes. The second interview was on-site in one of the portable offices with 2 project managers and lasted a little over an hour.

Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
